Synopsis
Legacies live forever, or do they? a 12 yr old embarks on a pictorial journey to answer this question and understand her grandmother's way of life
Process
The film was created for the Experimental Animation module, part of the animation curriculum for my B.Des program at NID. In this module, we were encouraged to experiment with various animation mediums and techniques, as well as with story and narrative structures.

The initial idea centered around "photographs" as a recurring element, offering us a way to explore the medium creatively. The narrative was developed by incorporating personal stories and experiences from our lives.

The first week of production was dedicated to building the narrative, while another team worked on testing how we could execute the film. The following week was focused on preparing the materials and animations for the main shoot, which was then completed.
